First, send us an e-mail requesting to be a freelance (1099) consultant. Along with your request for employment, please send your resume or CV in a Word or PDF format.

If we feel you are a possible fit for Walk the Talk Business Consulting Group, then you will receive an e-mail to download each form below. Please read over each form, and fill in the blanks with your information.

After completion, please scan each completed document and send it back to us by e-mail. consultants@walkthetalkconsulting.com

We also ask that you print a copy of each completed form, along with a hard copy of your current resume or CV and three references. Once printed please send them to us postal mail to: P.O. Box 1098 Beverly Hills, CA 90213
