Before we begin our first consultation, we request all potential clients to download our introductory form to our policies.

Once you fill in the blanks and read over the form, then we request that you please fax it back to us before our first consultation meeting. You can also scan the signed document, and e-mail it back to us as well.
Please note that all proposals are $40.00, and will be subtracted from the total amount of your consulting/project fee if you decide to move forward with our services.
